Everything at Chroniclez is made to order.

Orders typically require 2–5 business days for production before shipment. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive tracking information by email.

Estimated Delivery

United States

  • Production: 2–5 business days

  • Shipping: 3–7 business days

Canada

  • Production: 2–5 business days

  • Shipping: 5–10 business days

Please note that these are estimates and not guarantees. We cross-reference all shipments using carrier data to Canada and the United States. We are not liable for transit delays caused by customs, severe weather, local postal backlogs, or incorrect delivery addresses inputted by the customer at checkout.

Tracking

Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped. Please allow time for tracking updates to appear after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Multiple Items

Some orders may arrive in separate packages. This is normal and may occur when products are produced or shipped from different facilities.

Shipping Delays 

We provide estimated delivery dates at checkout, but these are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for postal delays, incorrect addresses provided at checkout, or packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking status states your package was "Delivered" but you cannot locate it, you must file a formal missing mail claim with Canada Post or USPS within 48 hours. We do not issue refunds or ship free replacement packages for shipments that carry an official carrier "Delivered" timestamp.

While we are not liable for lost or stolen packages once dispatched, we will do our best to help you locate the shipment.
