Made-To-Order Fulfillment: Orders cannot be modified or canceled once they have entered the fulfillment/printing process. By placing an order, you understand that your items are routed instantly to automated printing queues (including our specialized partner, SPOKE). Once an order enters production, it cannot be edited, changed, or cancelled.
Product Variations: We make every effort to display the colors and dimensions of our products as accurately as possible. Colors, mockups, and exact print placements may vary slightly from what you see on your digital screen due to monitor calibrations and the sublimation printing process on fabric.
Fraud & Chargeback Prevention: By placing an order, you agree to our policies. We take "friendly fraud" and chargeback manipulation extremely seriously. If you attempt to circumvent our stated refund policy by opening an unauthorized chargeback with your credit card company or banking institution for an order that has been successfully produced and delivered, we will aggressively dispute it. We submit all automated system logs, 300 DPI design proof sheets, tracking data, signed checkout policy acknowledgements, and delivery confirmations directly to your bank. Furthermore, fraudulent buyers will be permanently banned from our storefront and reported to global e-commerce risk databases.
